Dick Savage recently recommended a new book by Senator Chuck Schumer (NY) Positively American: Winning Back the Middle-Class Majority One Family at a Time.  Go to http://www.positivelyamericanbook.com/positively_american.htm for a description of this book by the chair of the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee (DSCC), who begins to address the question that has bedeviled his party for a decade—what do Democrats stand for? Read about his goals – the 50% Solution, and his views on how in 2008 Democrats could become the dominant party for years to come.
